We only collect and process the personal information needed to carry out our business, or to comply with legal requirements. We ensure that we do not hold information any longer than is necessary.
The privacy of each Member is very important to us and we take the appropriate measures to safeguard the personal information.
We do not use the personal information we hold for marketing purposes, and we do not share the information with any other party or parties.
We intend to stay in contact with current members either by
E-mail or by phone and presume that these methods of communication are acceptable to our Members, unless they advise us that they wish to communicate using an alternative method[s].
AIBC Ltd is dedicated to safeguarding the personal information under our remit, and ensuring we have a data protection regime that is effective and demonstrates an understanding of, and appreciation for the new Regulation.
Our work and objectives for GDPR compliance also include the development and implementation of new policies, procedures, controls and measures to ensure ongoing compliance.
