With the good news this week that the government is looking to be fully out of lockdown by late June and that sports operations “should” be able to reopen by 17th May, the league secretary is now planning to have leagues set up for a last week in May start-up.
Of course, we will have to wait a little longer to get the "all clear" to restart from the EIBA but equally we have to start planning ahead, so the current Team Leaders have this week been contacted with a view to running a slightly shorter summer league programme.
At this time, unless told to the contrary the club will continue to follow the Covid rules that worked so well last year when we did manage to open up for a few weeks.
Team Leaders will be contacting their previous team players over the next few days to check their desire to get back to some competitive bowling.

However, if you are one of our newer members who were not registered for a team last summer then please contact Bob Atkins - Summer League Secretary, as soon as possible.
